When can you check in with us, how do you make the payment, what are the procedures? We have the answers to these questions and many more. This way you can enjoy your holiday from the very first moment.

Arrivals and departures

Check-in: starting from 2:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am
Late check-out: on request and bookable at reception subject to availability

Prices

Prices are per person and per night.
Guests over 14 years old with extra bed: -15%
Room for single use: 50% supplement

Payment

The reservation is valid and binding only after we have received 30% of the total amount.
Payment methods: payment in cash up to the legal limit amount, bank check, debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).
Local tax: €2.90 per person/per day payable on site.

Dogs

Upon request, you can also bring your dog with you.
For your furry friends, we ask for a contribution of €20 per day (excluding food).
Please bring a blanket and/or kennel for your pet.
There are some places available for guests with pets in the dining room, which must be reserved at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, no cancellation costs will apply.
Between 30 and 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount applies.
Within 7 days, in case of no-show, early departure or late arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies for the days booked but not used.
